RENOPLAN SYSTEM 2
How can screed cracks and day-joints be permanently and strongly bonded?
Prior to installation of floor coverings, cracks and joints in screeds must be sealed. Whilst day-joints must be deliberately brought through to the surface, cracks constitute damage that can have various causes. In both cases, the edges of the screed slab have to be “stitched together” again so as to avoid them reflecting through to the surface of the floor covering. For strongly bonding the screed edges, only those two-component products are suitable that can develop very high integral strength within a short time. The 2-component repair resin UZIN KR 416 is especially noted for its extremely rapid strength development. The setting time is variable by adjusting the quantity of hardener added.
